DO I NEED AN ATTORNEY OR NON-ATTORNEY REPRESENTATIVE?
No. But you are entitled to representation. We are the experts that attorneys hire to determine if a veterans service-connected disabilities interfere with the veterans ability to perform work and access the labor market.
DOES TDIU 100 OFFER REPRESENTATION?
No. We are NOT lawyers. We do not give legal advice. If you hire a representative, attorney or otherwise please share this person's contact information so the representative can be added to the team.

CAN THE VETERAN HIRE A VOCATIONAL EXPERT DIRECTLY?
YES - You can hire us directly. Most do. We have helped numerous military veterans prove their inability to work (based on service-connected disabilities) resulting in a 100% disability finding.

DOES TDIU 100 OFFER A FREE INITIAL PHONE CONSULTATION?
Absolutely. In fact the Veteran will speak directly with the vocational disability expert. The average call length is 45 minutes. Often the expert is able to learn enough during this consultation to make strong and accurate case predictions. We don't accept an assignment unless we know that we can prove that the veteran is unable to perform substantial gainful employment and therefore is 100% VOCATIONALLY DISABLED.
IS A FORMAL WRITTEN REPORT DEVELOPED?
Yes. A vocational disability analysis is a very thorough research-focused project, so-to-speak which culminates with the development of a formal professional report. This report when submitted to a third party organization, such as a medical center, physician, attorney, insurance company, government entity, educational institution becomes a protected document. Only a professional with graduate level credentials including professional certification should author a vocational disability expert analysis.
HOW MUCH DOES A VOCATIONAL DISABILITY EXPERT ANALYSIS COST?
The cost for a vocational disability analysis (for TDIU purposes) defers from one expert to the next but expect to pay $1,000 to $2,500 or greater. TDIU 100 has a capped fee. *Depending on the uniqueness and intricacies of a case the charges could be as little as $500.

DOES TDIU 100 OFFER A PAYMENT PLAN?
Yes. A small retainer is paid to establish the professional relationship. After 30 days another small payment is collected and the balance is due at the completion of the project.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES TDIU 100 ACCEPT?
Payment methods include: US Postal Money Order, or electronically via Venmo.

WHAT DOES THE PROCESS ENTAIL?
Completion of a diagnostic interview to determine work history, educational history, military history, skill-set evaluation, completion of a transferable skills analyis, etc.
